A rotten woman

Ladies, in my previous blog we covered the subject about Biblical virtuous women. Now it is time to break the ice with the opposite type of a woman, and unfortunately there are many identified real cases about the matter.

Let us look again at

Proverbs 12:4, "A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones."

This time the verse is complete and it shows us two antithetic types of ladies, meaning that God makes a difference between a woman close to His heart and a rebellious one. The verse clearly states that a problematic woman brings issues to her man. Going back in the first book of Kings, Jezebel caused her husband to be guilty of an act of murder, and she caused both the death of a kingdom and of a king.

If we pay close attention, the Bible mentions about corrupt trees which bring forth corrupt fruit and vice versa.

Matthew 7:18, "A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit."

Basically, as a godly woman and wife, your fruit is going to be good overall. By having the Holy Ghost dwelling inside, the Christian lady is in subjection to the Lord and is guided by Him in all the duties she has to do throughout the day. Remember that the fruit of the Spirit shows itself from the inside out through virtues and outside circumstances that can be remarked as a result of a faithful woman.

Galatians 5:22-23, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."

Conversely, a wife is going to be a hurt to her husband if she is not a blessing to him. It is either one way or another. Notice the resemblance of the woman who always disobeys and displeases the household, "as rottenness in the bones" to her husband. In other words, she is a shame, like a rheumatism. A rotten wife makes her husband gripe and complains all the time, until she finally slows him down.

Ladies, I am not writing to hurt anyone on purpose, but my duty is to point out things biblically. God can work wonders and change our hearts when we fully surrender to His word. In case you need any help, you can go back to my previous article I wrote about virtue in a woman. I know that nobody is without sin and that we need to fully trust Jesus Christ for the complete payment for our sins. Yet, I don't think that by disobeying the Lord on purpose is going to be of any good if you don't repent of your rebellious attitude which makes others around you suffer.

As a woman, you should strive to be a walking testimony and let Christ shine through you! God is the only One Who can help any woman who might not feel quite right with Him.

My darling, in case you have not devoted your full life to the Lord, now it is time to do it. If you sincerely seek Him, you will ALWAYS find Him present and ready to support you in growing as a flower blooms graciously.

Mark that Jesus Christ warns about the spirit of Jezebel in the book of

Revelation 2:20, "Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.",

who has so many other attributes other than the ones mentioned here. God wants your WHOLE HEART, not just part of it,

Proverbs 23:26-27, "My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

For a whore is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit."

Before I got saved, I was once a disgraceful woman from many perspectives, but since then God has been working on and in me, because I fully entrust myself into His hands. I hope that my articles help you some. The last thing I want is to see my sisters before the Judgement Seat of Christ being deprived of the riches they would have had IF in subjection. Don't be the mould on a white wall, be the light which makes the wall brighter!

May God bless you all!

With lots of blooming grace,

Denisa
